Cafeina Women's Group is a natural-process single origin coffee from Brazil, produced by members of the Cafeina Women's Group in Tres Pontas, Minas Gerais. Composed of Mundo Novo, Yellow Catuaí, and Topazio varieties grown at 950-1190 meters above sea level. The coffee is machine-harvested, sorted by grade, and patio-dried for 7-10 days before resting and hulling. Flavour profile includes dark chocolate, almond, and raisin, with a full-bodied and balanced cup suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.
