This single-origin coffee from producer Mayra Solis at the Alto el Vapor micro-mill in Tarrazu, Los Santos, Costa Rica is made from Catuai variety beans grown at 1,800-2,100 meters above sea level, naturally processed. The Porras Solis family founded their own micro-mill in 2020-21 and partnered with Bean Voyage. The light roast brings out notes of fresh mint, wine gum, mangosteen, mango, passionfruit, dried dates, and liquorish.
