Summary
Ethiopian washed decaf coffee from producer Haider Aba Mecha, grown on the Limu Kossa farm in the Jimma Zone, Limu Kossa Woreda, Galle Kamese Kebele. Varieties are predominantly JARC 74112 with some 74110. Washed at origin and decaffeinated in Germany using the EA method with sugarcane-derived ethyl acetate. Tasting notes of apricot, toffee and lemon iced tea, with a toffee-sweet body and lemon iced-tea mouthfeel. Roasted as an omni, it works well as both espresso and filter.
