Summary

Gestern Classic Espresso Blend is a modern interpretation of classic espresso from Vote Coffee Roasters. It is a blend of 70% Brazil natural-process coffee from the Cafeina Women's Group (Mundo Novo and Yellow Catuaí varieties, from Três Pontas, Sul de Minas) and 30% Guinea semi-washed Robusta Canephora from Macenta Beans (Macenta region). The roast is slightly darker than usual, developing malt and chocolate flavours with a full body. Tasting notes include dark chocolate, walnut and vanilla. Recommended for espresso preparation.
