El Manzano, Pacamara Ilamatepec
Summary
El Manzano is a flagship farm of Cuatro M, owned by Emilio Lopez, located 16 km from the city and volcano of Santa Ana (Ilamatepec) in El Salvador. Grown at 1,350-1,550 metres on volcanic terroir, this Pacamara is naturally processed and dried on African beds. The cup is complex, floral and fruity with tropical fruit, bright acidity and a milky body, the result of high altitude, the Pacamara variety and Emilio's precise natural preparation.
