This natural-process coffee is made from the 74158 cultivar (Ethiopian Heirloom varieties) and features delicate drying techniques that preserve clarity while developing fruit expression. Tasting notes include strawberry, white tea, and apricot with a refined, tea-like structure. Light roast.
