Coffee from the Patosi farm in the Cauca region of Colombia, owned by the Herrera family. Grown at 1400-1850 meters above sea level. Colombia variety, processed using the natural method with 15 hours of closed-tank fermentation. Medium roast, recommended for filter brewing methods such as Chemex, V60, and pour-over. Flavour notes include apricots, port wine, and cranberries with a sweet aroma and a long, pleasant sweet aftertaste.
