Summary
Colombia La Estrella Geisha is a natural processed coffee from the Quindío region of Colombia, grown at 1700-1750 meters above sea level on the La Estrella farm owned by Jario Lopez. The coffee undergoes a unique fermentation in oxygen-free containers for 48 hours, followed by drying on raised beds in tunnels until reaching 11% humidity, then resting for a month. This process enhances intense flavors of tropical fruit and dark fruit with an exceptional dark chocolate finish. The coffee was featured in Giacomo Vannelli's Brewers Cup 2022 blend.
