Grown at altitudes between 1200-1900 meters in the Andes Mountain Range, this field blend includes Bourbon, Catimor, Catuai, Caturra, Marsellesa, Mundo Novo, Pache, and Typica varieties. The coffee is washed and dried at farm or community level, then milled at the cooperative. Flavour profile offers dark chocolate, orange, and molasses.
