It began when the founders stumbled into a tiny roastery in Japan and never looked back. They roast carefully sourced, hand-crafted beans aimed squarely at the home brewer, encouraging you to buy just a week's worth so your last cup tastes as good as your first. It's labour-intensive, not 'big business,' but that's the point. They offer subscriptions and a shop open weekdays for walk-ins.
