Guatemala Maragogype

Summary

Specialty coffee from Guatemala, grown in El Progreso, San Agustín Acasaguastlán, by producers Pedro and Maria Fernandez at around 1,500 m.a.s.l. The Maragogype variety is known for its very large beans and excellent cup quality. Natural process, dried on African beds. The cup is rich in fruity and floral flavours with notes of floral, lime, perfumed roses, sweet red apple and dried fruit. Roasted as an omni profile suited to both filter and espresso brewing, including V60, Kalita, Chemex, French press, AeroPress and espresso machine.
