Single origin coffee from Fazenda Pinhal, a 914-hectare estate in San Antonio Do Amparo, Sul De Minas, Brazil. Run by sixth-generation farmer Pedro Gabarra and his sister Mariana, the farm won Brazil's 'most sustainable farm' award in 2019. This coffee is of the Mundo Novo variety, processed using the pulped natural method with 10-14 days patio drying. Grown at 1160 meters altitude. Tasting notes of chocolate, hazelnut and caramel with a medium body. Suitable for both filter and espresso brewing.
