Geisha Travel
Summary
A coffee from Colombia's Huila region, produced by Aroma Nativo (Luis Marcelino). This Geisha variety undergoes a multi-stage process: anaerobic fermentation before pulping, then a second fermentation in hermetic barrels with lactic bacteria inoculation, followed by parabolic and mechanical drying and 4 months of stabilization. Flavour profile features honeysuckle, rosewood, mango, yellow peach and citrus notes. In espresso it offers balanced flavours, silky texture and a long finish.
