The Good Coffee Cartel are specialty coffee roasters based in Glasgow, Scotland, running a cafe and roasting operation out of Kinning Park on the Southside. They roast fresh every Monday and Tuesday, shipping single origins from Kenya, Ethiopia, Burundi, Brazil, Colombia, and Peru alongside a seasonal espresso blend and a cane-sugar decaf from Colombia. They supply cafes locally, nationally, and internationally, and offer subscriptions for their single origins. Their Glasgow coffee shop doubles as the roastery, complete with a sunny coffee garden and pastries from local artisans. The vibe is unfiltered and cheeky—they're just a bunch of soundies trying to make your coffee experience as good as possible.
