Summary
A single-origin coffee from the Rio Brilhante farm in Minas Gerais, Brazil, produced by the Urban family. The coffee is grown at 1000–1150 meters altitude and is of the Aramosa variety, a rare cross of Arabica and Racemosa known for naturally low caffeine content (0.7–0.8%). Cherries are hand-picked, hand-sorted, fermented for 36 hours, and dried on patios for 15 days using the Natural Aerobic process. Flavour notes include macadamia, milk chocolate, blackberry, raisin, apple, and vanilla.
