Guatemala Pulcal
Summary
Guatemala Pulcal is a washed single-origin coffee from Hacienda Carmona in the Antigua region of Guatemala, owned by Maria Zelaya Aguirre and managed by Ricardo Zelaya and Luis Pedro Zelaya. Grown at 1,600-1,900 masl, it combines Bourbon, Caturra, Villa Sarchi and Catuai varieties. Cherries are hand-picked, pulped at the farm's wet mill, washed and dried at the farm. The cup offers a round body with brown sugar and creamy almond butter sweetness, dried apricot fruit character and a complete finish.
