Tomaso
Summary
Tomaso is a dark and powerful espresso blend from TADAH roastery, combining Arabica from Brazil and Robusta from Karnataka, India. The Brazilian Yellow Bourbon, grown in Cerrado at 970-1136 meters and processed as pulped natural, contributes chocolate, almond, and roasted nuts. The Indian Robusta from Sampigehalla Estate in Coorg, grown at 1000-1300 meters and washed, adds strength, body, nougat, and a dense crema. Dark roasted for an intense, robust cup with a long finish, it suits espresso, cappuccino, caffè latte, and fully automatic machines. Flavor profile includes dark chocolate, almond, nougat, roasted nuts, and pronounced roast aromas.
