Francesca is a classic and balanced espresso blend from TADAH roastery. It combines Arabica from Brazil (Cerrado and Mogiana regions, Mundo Novo and Catuai varieties) with Robusta from Karnataka, India. The Brazilian coffee contributes natural sweetness, chocolate notes, and soft acidity, while the Robusta adds body, creamy crema, and intensity. Medium roasted to balance sweetness, fullness, and roasted aromas, it offers a round and flavorful espresso with notes of chocolate, roasted hazelnuts, and a creamy body. Suitable for espresso machines, including fully automatic, and works well in cappuccino, macchiato, and caffè latte.
