A specialty coffee from Rwanda's Gatsibo district in the Eastern Province, produced by small-scale farmers in collaboration with Baho Coffee. This regional lot features Red Bourbon variety, processed with a controlled 60-hour anaerobic fermentation in sealed containers, followed by hand sorting and slow drying on raised beds. The cup is sweet and complex with notes of fig, ripe pineapple, tropical fruit, and a hint of brandy, offering a creamy body and lively fruitiness.
