Primavera Family
Summary
A regional blend from Huehuetenango, Guatemala, crafted from the harvest of 10-15 smallholder families in San Antonio Huista. Grown at 1550-1650 meters above sea level, this lot combines Caturra, Catuai, and Bourbon varieties, processed using the washed method at each producer's wet mill. The cup is sweet and chocolatey with notes of chocolate and almond, evolving into green grape and blueberry with a medium body and medium-light acidity. With a cupping score of 84.5, this omni-roast coffee performs well both as filter and espresso.
