Their lineup spans from approachable milk-chocolate-and-hazelnut espresso blends to adventurous co-fermented lots and Best of Panama contenders. Everything is single origin, roasted to order for either filter or espresso. They source transparently, paying well above commodity prices, and aren't afraid to geek out on process details like anoxic washed or peach co-fermentation.
