Summary
A single-origin coffee from Sítio Baixadão, produced by Helison da Silva and his family in the Cristina region of Brazil, grown at 1250 meters above sea level. The coffee is of the Yellow Catucaí variety and processed using the Natural method. It has won 1st place at the Cup of Excellence Brazil competition twice in a row (2014/15 and 2015/16). Flavour profile includes macadamia, tangerine, mirabelle, caramel, and light apple notes with a smooth body. Suitable for filter brewing methods such as V60, AeroPress, and French Press.
