Supremo

Supremo Coffee has been roasting direct trade specialty coffee in Unterhaching, near Munich, since 2005—and they mean business. Family-run by Rahel, Bernd, and Raphael of the Braune family, their motto is 'no compromises in quality.' The range is staggering: single origins from Central America to Asia, espresso blends from light-and-modern to dark-and-strong, Cup of Excellence auction lots, micro and nano lots, and even their own farm, Finca Doña Elsa. Named Roaster of the Year 2020, they sit on the board of the Alliance for Coffee Excellence and support World Coffee Research. Their roastery café in Unterhaching is open weekdays.
