Sítio da Torre is a single-origin coffee from Brazil, produced by Alvaro Antônio Pereira Coli on his farm in the Mantiqueira region of Minas Gerais. Grown at 1250 meters altitude, it features Yellow Bourbon and Catuaí varieties, processed using the Pulped Natural method. The cup profile offers nutty, milk chocolate, sugarcane, and light fruit notes. The Coli family has been producing coffee on their farm since 1897 and have won awards including a first place in Cup of Excellence.
