Guatemala Acatenango - Finca La Soledad
Summary
Specialty coffee from Finca La Soledad in the Acatenango region of Guatemala, grown by the Pérez family, who have run the farm for five generations. A Bourbon variety processed with the washed method. The cup is balanced and elegant, with notes of roasted peaches, juicy tangerine and cane sugar sweetness. Half of the 90-hectare estate remains wild forest, protecting the soil and creating a distinctive microclimate. Recommended for filter brewing methods such as V60, AeroPress, Chemex and French press.
