Kenya, Inoi Thaita Aa
Summary
A classic Kirinyaga single origin from Kenya, produced by around 800 smallholder members of the Inoi Cooperative Society at Thaita Factory, on the slopes of Mt. Kenya. Grown at 1,750 MASL in rich red soils, the lot is handpicked from the ripest cherries and washed. Varieties SL-28, SL-34 and Ruiru 11 give vibrant acidity, layered sweetness and remarkable complexity, with notes of black currant, brown sugar and floral botanicals.
