Summary
A light roasted coffee from the Cajamarca region of Northern Peru, grown at 1200-2200 meters. The varietals include Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, and Typica, and it is processed using the washed method. The cup is full-bodied with rich sweetness reminiscent of brown sugar and molasses, balanced by lively notes of nectarines and sweet plums.
