Iridescence Carbonic Macerated Washed Green Tip Gesha By Jamison Savage
Summary
Iridescence is a Panamanian Green Tip Gesha produced by Jamison Savage in Volcán, Chiriquí, grown at 1,800 masl. The coffee is depulped and fermented in sealed tanks with circulating carbon dioxide, then dried on shaded raised beds and rested in hermetically sealed bags for 60–90 days before hulling and sorting. The cup opens with coffee flower aroma, followed by lychee, tangerine and apricot, with chamomile florals and sugarcane sweetness. Acidity is refined and lively, with a long, complex finish.
