This coffee from Ninety Plus is a Yellow Gesha variety grown at the Ninety Plus Gesha Estate at 1800 meters above sea level in the Volcan Valley, Panama. Processed using the Criolic Folio method, where freshly picked cherries are submerged in cold river waters to slow fermentation, resulting in an elegant cup with light to medium body. Flavour profile includes deep purple floral aroma, stewed pineapple, mature strawberries, purple cherries, and cocoa nib. Grown without chemicals using natural spring water and rainwater.
