Summary

Half Caff is a 50/50 blend of decaffeinated El Pato from Peru and El Recuerdo from El Salvador's Salaverría family. The Peruvian component is a washed lot from smallholders in the Tabaconas area of San Ignacio, Cajamarca, with Catuaí, Pache, and Catimor varieties. The Salvadoran component is a washed Bourbon lot from the Salaverría family's Santa Ana farm. Roasted light, it offers dense chocolate, praline, cherry, nougat, and caramel notes with a rich, sweet texture.
