Colombia Galeras Decaf is a decaffeinated coffee from the Nariño region of Colombia. Produced by smallholders organized under the Promotora Café de Altura cooperative, the coffee is sourced from farms around the Galeras volcano. It features Caturra, Castillo, and Colombia varieties grown at 1850 meters altitude. The coffee is decaffeinated using the Sugarcane (Ethyl Acetate) process. It is very lightly roasted and recommended for filter brewing. Flavor profile includes caramel, milk chocolate, almonds, and lightly fruity notes.
