It features Caturra, Castillo, and Colombia varieties grown at 1850 meters altitude. The coffee is decaffeinated using the Sugarcane (Ethyl Acetate) process. It is very lightly roasted and recommended for filter brewing. Flavor profile includes caramel, milk chocolate, almonds, and lightly fruity notes.
