A dark roast coffee from Honduras, produced by Café Orgánico Marcala, S.A. (COMSA), a cooperative of 1500 coffee producers. Grown in the Marcala, La Paz region at altitudes of 1300–1700 meters. Varieties include Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, Lempira, Ihcafe 90, Pacas, and Typica. Processed using the fully washed method and dried in the sun and mechanical driers.
