Produced by Braulio Barazorda Borda and Valentin Champi Paullo as part of the Huadquiña cooperative. The Typica variety is grown at 1900 MASL and washed processed with 25-30 hours wet fermentation and 20-25 days drying on raised beds under parabolic cover.
