Summary
This single-origin coffee comes from the Paltachayoc village in the Santa Teresa district of La Convención, Cusco, Peru. Produced by Braulio Barazorda Borda and Valentin Champi Paullo as part of the Huadquiña cooperative. The Typica variety is grown at 1900 MASL and washed processed with 25-30 hours wet fermentation and 20-25 days drying on raised beds under parabolic cover. Medium roasted, it offers a full-bodied, creamy cup with notes of fig, muscovado, brulee'd sugar, amber honey, mango, peach, and yellow plum. Rated 93 by Coffee Review.
