The SL9* variety, closely resembling SL09, is a rare cultivar from the Ethiopian Legacy group. The coffee is hand-picked at peak ripeness, floated to remove defects, de-pulped on the day of harvest, wet-fermented for 32 hours, washed, and dried on raised beds until reaching 10.5% moisture content.
