Grown at 2,260 masl, the SL9 variety (genetically similar to SL09) is hand-picked at peak ripeness, floated, de-pulped on harvest day, dry-fermented for 32 hours, washed, and dried on raised beds. This coffee is from the December 2025 harvest.
