Bookkisa is a washed coffee from the Guji region of Ethiopia, produced by Ture Waji (The King of Guji) at the Sookoo Coffee washing station. Grown at 1730 MASL, it consists of 74110 and 74112 varieties. In the cup, it offers delicate florals, sweet honey, and citrus notes of peach and lemon-lime, with a clean finish and light tea-like body.
