A washed coffee from producer Abel Salinas at Finca Arashi in Saraguro, Loja, Ecuador, grown at 1900 MASL. The F1 Hybrid variety produces a sweet profile with notes of cherry, raspberry, delicate florals, and bright lemon-like acidity reminiscent of lemonade. The coffee is de-pulped, dry-fermented for 24 hours, washed, and dried for 15 days. Roasted extra-light.
