Gritstone

Summary

Gritstone is an evolving seasonal espresso blend from Seamoor Coffee, combining coffees from the Cocarive Co-operative in the Mantiqueira Mountains of Brazil and the Katanda Community in Uganda. The blend features Yellow Bourbon, SL14 and SL28 varieties, grown at 1100-1500 MASL, and processed using washed and pulped natural methods. Roasted to a medium level, it offers tasting notes of caramel, spice and roast almond. Designed primarily for espresso, it also works well as a filter brew. The blend won 2 Stars at the Great Taste Awards in 2021 and 2022.
