Chepsangor Hills - Anaerobic Natural - Kenia Filterkaffee
Summary
An anaerobic natural Kenyan coffee from Chepsangor Hills, fermented for 72 hours in sealed tanks without oxygen and dried with the fruit intact. Kenya is known for washed coffees, making high-quality naturals a rarity. In the cup: intense aromas of sweet grapes and plums, accompanied by forest berries, cranberry and cane sugar, with a juicy finish. A balanced coffee with a full, juicy body and a soft mouthfeel; pronounced acidity and sweetness. Filter roast, recommended for V60, Kalita, Graycano, AeroPress, Chemex, Origami, Orea and Fellow X.
