Summary
This is our first Indonesian coffee, grown in the volcanic soils and rainforest-filled mountains of Sumatra. The Asman Gayo mill serves several small producers in the Pantan Musara villages. It offers flavours of frangipane, violet, and shortbread. Processed using the washed method, this coffee is roasted omni for both filter and espresso brewing.
