This lot features the 74158 variety, grown at 1,920 to over 2,200 metres above sea level. Processed using the anaerobic natural method, it bursts with ripe blueberry, juicy peach, and fragrant orange blossom, balanced by lively acidity and syrupy sweetness. The controlled fermentation intensifies tropical fruit character while preserving floral elegance and a clean finish.
