Lisbet Mariño is a Peruvian coffee producer and Q Grader from the Incahuasi farm in Cusco, Peru. The coffee is of the SL-09 variety, grown at 2,290 meters above sea level. It undergoes a washed anaerobic processing method: a prolonged 120 hour in-cherry resting phase, followed by depulping, 24 hour anaerobic fermentation in GrainPro bags, then washing and slow drying under cool mountain air for 15 to 20 days, with a final resting period of 3 to 5 weeks. Tasting notes include dried orange, red grapes, and wine gums.
