Summary

Bantu is a natural processed coffee from Uganda, produced by Agri Evolve in collaboration with 200 smallholder farmers in the Nyabirongo region of the Rwenzori mountains, grown at 2,000 meters altitude. The coffee features SL14 and SL28 varietals. Cherries are picked at full ripeness, floated for density, and dried on raised beds over several weeks. Tasting notes include dried prunes, figs, and cacao nibs, offering a clean, balanced cup with deep fruit-driven sweetness.
