A blend of two Brazilian coffees from Minas Gerais. The Dbarbosa coffee is a naturally fermented red Catuai from Sucuri farm in the Coromandel region, grown at 1,100 metres altitude, awarded Cup of Excellence 2024. The Afonso Donizetti Silva coffee comes from Elói Mendes. Processed using both natural and washed methods. Medium roast with tasting notes of dark chocolate, praline, and caramel. Brighton's favourite coffee since 2000.
