Red Roaster

Red Roaster has been roasting specialty coffee in the heart of Brighton for 25 years, supplying restaurants, offices, and homes across the UK. They source direct from farms and offer a range of organics, blends, and single estates — something for every brew method and mood. Their Brighton cafés serve expertly roasted coffee alongside all-day brunch, dinner, and cocktails in lush botanical spaces. Whether you're local (they deliver fresh beans or ground coffee straight to your door) or elsewhere in the UK (shipped via FedEx or Royal Mail), this is a roastery that's been quietly doing the work for a quarter century, with a clear ethos: source well, roast well, and give back to the farmers who made it possible.
