Summary

Onwards is a seasonal house espresso from the Cafe El Zapoteco group, a community of around 180 coffee producing families based around Santo Domingo Cacalotepec, San Miguel Yotao and San Juan Juquila Vijanos in Oaxaca, Mexico. The coffee is a washed lot featuring Typica, Bourbon, and Mundo Novo varieties grown at 1,300-1,700 MASL. It offers a rich, round and sweet profile with notes of dark chocolate, vanilla and apricot. The group is led by Romulo Chavez and most members are of Zapotec heritage.
