Santos Classic Brazilian Coffee is a single-origin Arabica coffee from Brazil, sourced from farms in São Paulo and Minas Gerais states. The coffee is processed using the natural method, where harvested cherries are dried on large patios, allowing fruity flavours to carry into the beans. Grown at approximately 1000m altitude, this Rainforest Alliance Certified coffee offers a mild, sweet profile with notes of dark cocoa and green apples, along with a creamy mouthfeel and low acidity. It is suitable for both espresso blends and single-origin filter brewing.
