Ethiopian Sidamo Coffee
Summary
A single-origin Ethiopian coffee from the Sidamo region in the highlands of southern Ethiopia, the birthplace of coffee. Grown at elevations between 1,500 and 2,200 masl by smallholder farmers using traditional cultivation methods. The beans are hand-picked at peak ripeness and sun-dried on raised beds. The coffee presents bright acidity and complex flavours of juicy citrus, ripe berries, and floral jasmine with a smooth, wine-like body. Roasted a little darker to accentuate its natural sweetness and richness.
