Rwanda Aba Sholi
Summary
Rwanda Aba Sholi is a washed single origin from the Abateraninkunga ba Sholi Cooperative, founded in 2008 by thirty women and now supporting 721 farmers in the Cyeza area of Muhanga District. Grown at 1800–2000 m on fertile volcanic soils, the Red Bourbon coffee is bright and fruit-forward with a smooth, silky body and a clean, refined finish. Tasting notes of red berry, citrus and honey. Best enjoyed as a bright filter or V60, and it also works well in a cafetière.
