A specialty coffee from the Rivero Family farm in Lara, Humocaro Alto, Venezuela. Grown at 1550–1650 meters above sea level on a 20-hectare estate with 55,000 coffee plants. Varieties include Catuai, Colombia 27, Monte Claro, and Castillo. The coffee undergoes washed processing with 24–36 hours of wet fermentation followed by 20 days of raised bed drying. Tasting notes feature berries, red orange, chocolate, cherry, and delicate floral notes, with a medium body, soft yet vibrant acidity, and a long, sweet, elegant finish. SCA score of 85.75.
