Varieties include Catuai, Colombia 27, Monte Claro, and Castillo. The coffee undergoes washed processing with 24–36 hours of wet fermentation followed by 20 days of raised bed drying. Tasting notes feature berries, red orange, chocolate, cherry, and delicate floral notes, with a medium body, soft yet vibrant acidity, and a long, sweet, elegant finish. SCA score of 85.75.
